Tasks:

The Unit is entrusted to:

• provide standardized information technology infrastructure that may  meet the needs of the beneficiaries.

• build and provide the application of leading practices in information technology to ensure security, reliability, affordability, and quality of stored data.
• create a user friendly environment which is rich in technical information and readily available solutions.
• prepare required programs for skill enhancement of faculty in use of information and communication technology for their academic and administrative work.
• help, motivate and encourage faculty members to improve their skills in handling technology.
• oversee the functioning of the college computer labs.
• provide flexible and innovative solutions in the field of information technology
• develop future plans to warrant sustained and effective operations.
• prepare reports on information technology unit key performance indicators.
